1. Copyright Ownership

All original songs listed on this site, including but not limited to:

• Gentler Tides

are the exclusive property of Virtual Pulse LLC. All associated copyrights and intellectual property rights are retained by the company.

2. Karaoke & Non-Commercial Use

We grant permission for individuals to perform and share non-commercial karaoke versions of our original songs. This includes:

• Live performances on streaming platforms (e.g., Twitch, YouTube)
• Cover songs, provided they do not claim ownership or official endorsement
• Use in fan-made non-commercial projects

Users must credit "Virtual Pulse LLC" as the original rights holder and are prohibited from selling, distributing, or monetizing these covers unless otherwise licensed in writing.

3. Prohibited Commercial Use

Commercial exploitation of any original voice packs, songs, or performances without explicit written consent from Virtual Pulse LLC is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

• Resale or redistribution of downloaded content
• Use in monetized advertisements, games, or merchandise
• Use in AI training datasets or voice synthesis platforms

4. Fan Content & Derivatives

Fan-made works (e.g., art, remixes, compilations) are welcomed and encouraged under the following conditions:

• Must not be sold for profit unless licensed
• Must not depict the agency or its talents in a defamatory, offensive, or misleading context
• Must not infringe on the personal rights or likeness of any associated talent

We reserve the right to request removal of content that violates these terms.
